Unless otherwise noted, dizzy's events are held in the "event room" of the San Diego Wine & Culinary Center, located on the ground floor of the Harbor Club Towers @ 2nd Ave & J Street/3rd Avenue & K Street. Its entrance is actually on the back side of the buildings - on the Martin Luther King Jr. Promenade - facing the Convention Center.

Thur Sept 16: On Mexico’s Independence Day - the 200th anniversary of it’s independence from Spain – an evening of Mexican music infused with jazz. Compositions from the great composers - Armando Manzanero, Guadalupe Trigo, Agustin Lara, Jose Alfredo Jimenez & others –performed by an all-star group of musicians including Allan Phillips piano, Mike Holguin drums, Bob Magnusson bass, & bi-lingual vocalist Coral MacFarland Thuet.
